Charming Stay Near Piazzale Roma

The staff assisted with luggage over the stairs. This made arrival smooth. I received a breakfast to go bag before my early tour, and it included a warm croissant. The location was convenient to the vaporetto, bus, and airport transfer. All transport options were a short five minute walk from Piazzale Roma.

I noticed several steps to reach the reception area. It was a bit difficult with heavy luggage.

the super nice team, really. Breakfast included gourmet cheeses and prosciutto. I liked its location being a short walk from the main train station. I did not have to spend so much on a water taxi. Staff even helped with our luggage making it easy.

I did not like the fact THERE were stairs. It seems typical of MANY properties.

The location was convenient. It was a short walk from the train station (maybe ten minutes). The breakfast selection included fresh fruit, cheese, and meat. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their advice on local transportation.

The hotel lacked an elevator. Guests must climb stairs to reach reception. My room did not have blackout curtains, so the room was bright early in the morning. The interior felt a bit dated.
